"I had a problem with my account..."
I had a problem with my account and figured support would sort it out quick, but nope. It took days to get anything that actually answered my question, and half the replies felt like they barely read what I wrote. I had to chase them more than once, which got old fast. For something I’m paying for, it’s annoying. Not really impressed.

"Useful, but a bit pricey"
I’ve found the tools helpful overall, especially for research. The results are solid and save me some time, but the price feels a little high for what I use it for. It’s definitely better than some other options I’ve tried, but...

"Helpful optimizer, even if it’s not flawless"
I’ve been using FantasyLabs for DFS lineups, and the optimizer is solid. It saves me a ton of time when I’m building teams, and I like that I can adjust things without having to start from scratch, well, not totally from scratch anyway. Some of the projections feel a little off now and then, so I still compare them with my own reads before locking anything in. Overall, it’s definitely helped me put together better lineups, but there’s a bit of a learning curve at first.

"The billing caught me off guard"
I signed up thinking I had a good idea of what I was going to be charged, but the billing details weren’t very clear to me. I didn’t realize the full amount until I checked my card afterward, which was frustrating. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere in the fine print, but from my experience, it really should be easier to see upfront. I wasn’t happy about that.
"Canceling was easy, easy enough"
I canceled my fantasylabs account it was no big deal at all. I found the option quick, clicked through, and it was done done. No weird runaround or hassle, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

"Trial felt misleading"
I tried the FantasyLabs trial and came away disappointed. The way it was worded made it sound like I’d get a clearer feel for the tools and how useful the data would be, but in practice it didn’t really help my picks much. Some features seemed like they could be useful, but they were confusing to use and not as straightforward as I expected. It’s not a terrible platform, but the trial felt a bit misleading and I wouldn’t pay for it based on my experience.

"MLB model has been solid, but yeah, it’s not perfect"
I’ve been using the MLB model for a bit now it’s called some winners well for me. I’ll give credit where it’s due. That said, I do get annoyed when it misses because it feels like the same kind of misses happen over and over again. Like, it’ll be on a good run, then suddenly a pick just makes no sense, and then another one feels the same way. Still, overall it’s been useful for MLB picks, even if I find myself complaining about the same stuff every time it slips up.
"Not exactly fresh when it mattered"
I really wanted to like it, but the data just felt outdated way too often. The projections and lineup info were behind at the exact moments I actually needed them, which, you know, is kind of the whole reason I was paying for it. I kept refreshing like maybe it was on my end, but nope, still stale. Gave it a couple weeks and then canceled. Not sure what I was supposed to be paying for at that point.

"Feels safe so far"
I’ve been using fantasylabs.com for a bit now. Nothing weird has happened. No sketchy pop-ups, no strange account stuff. It just feels like a legit site. So far, I trust it.

"Not the easiest DFS site for beginners"
I gave FantasyLabs a try because I’m new to DFS and was hoping it would make things easier, but I felt a little lost right from the start. There are tons of tools, stats, and numbers, which is probably great if you already know what you’re looking at, but there wasn’t much simple explanation for beginners. I found myself Googling terms and trying to figure out how to actually use the info. Compared to some other DFS tools I’ve tried, this one feels more geared toward experienced players than someone just getting started. It might be powerful, but it’s not very beginner-friendly.

"The NBA model has been solid for..."
The NBA model has been solid for me so far!! The picks are easy to follow, and it’s helped me spot a few plays I probably would’ve totally missed on my own... It’s not perfect, of course, but overall it’s been really useful!!!

"NFL picks didn’t really work out for me"
I tried the NFL model for a bit this season, mostly because I was already watching a bunch of games on Sundays and figured it might make things more interesting. the picks missed more often than I expected, and after a few weeks it just didn’t feel worth it for me. Maybe others had a better run with it, but my experience was disappointing.
"Price is mostly alright"
The pricing feels okay overall. It’s not super expensive or anything, but a couple of the plans seem a little too much for how much I actually use it. Not a huge deal, just wish there was a slightly cheaper option that fit me better tbh.

"Ownership projections are okay"
Umm, it’s useful overall, but my experience was kind of mixed. The ownership projections are okay, just not as clear or helpful as I was hoping

"Just couldn’t get the hang of it"
I tried FantasyLabs for a few days, but I just gave up. There’s a lot packed in there, and I’m sure it’s useful if you already know DFS well, but as someone trying to figure it out, I felt lost. I wish there was more beginner-friendly help or a simpler way to get started. For me, it ended up feeling more confusing than helpful.

"Trying to check lineups and the site just..."
Trying to check lineups and the site just sits there loading forever sometimes. what a joke. It’s annoying when you just want to get in, see the info, and move on.

"Helpful projections, but don’t treat them like gospel"
I’ve used FantasyLabs a handful of times for player projections, it’s been hit or miss for me. Some days it feels like they’ve got a solid read on things, and other days I’m left wondering how certain numbers ended up so far off.
When the projections are close, they’re genuinely useful for narrowing down picks and getting a quick sense of who stands out. But I’ve also seen players miss badly, especially when minutes or usage change, and that can really mess with your decisions if you’re relying on it too much.
Overall, I don’t think it’s a bad tool, but I do think it would be foolish to trust it blindly. In something where people are putting real money and time on the line, it just feels more responsible to double check other sources instead of acting like one projection model has all the answers.

"Mobile site really needs some work"
I tried using FantasyLabs on my phone, the experience was frustrating. The site kept lagging, some pages loaded strangely, and a few buttons didn’t seem to respond the way they should. To be fair, maybe it works better on desktop, but on mobile I gave it about 10 minutes before I gave up...

"Premium felt a little disappointing"
I signed up for premium thinking the DFS picks would be a lot sharper. More of an edge, I guess. But a lot of it felt basic, and not that different from the free stuff I already check out.
There were a few useful articles, for sure. Not a total waste. But on busy slates, the updates felt late, and some of the analysis didn’t really explain the “why” enough. For the price, I expected more depth. Just wasn’t worth it for me

"Pretty helpful for building DFS lineups"
I’ve been using FantasyLabs for a few months now for DFS, and it’s been a solid tool to have in the mix. I like that the strategy insights point out things I might not catch on my own, like player trends, matchup details, and ownership angles.
It’s definitely not something that’s going to make you win every slate, but it does help me feel more prepared before I start building lineups. It’s been easy enough to use, and if you’re into DFS, I’d say it’s worth checking out...
